Evening Nature Walk

Explore the Darling Marine Center trails and coastline with the DMC Education Coordinator on Thursday, August 21st at 5:30pm. The walk will focus on the flora and fauna found on the Darling property. A little human history will be thrown in, too. Local habitats include forest, field, wetlands, and estuarine environments. All ages are welcome, though young children may find the trails and terrain challenging. Good hiking or walking shoes are recommended. Nature walks generally last 2 hours. Bring a picnic supper in you backpack to enjoy along the river.

Nature walks are free and open to the public, but please pre-register by calling 207.563.3146.
