The Darling Marine Center is a user-friendly field station for research, education, and outreach in the marine and environmental sciences. Whether you have a general interest in the local environment or a specific research question, there are many ways to engage with the faculty, staff and students at the DMC.  We offer walking tours of our waterfront laboratory and special seminars during the summer, miles of trails for walking our shoreline and forests, overnight field trips for college courses, and laboratory space for scientists.
